Description

Postinor-2 is an emergency contraceptive pill containing Levonorgestrel 0.75mg. It is used to prevent pregnancy after unprotected sex or contraceptive failure.

It is NOT an abortion pill. It will not work if you are already pregnant.

✅ Effective up to 72 hours after unprotected sex

How to take Postinor 2:
– Take the first tablet as soon as possible (within 12–24 hours is best)
– Take the second tablet exactly 12 hours after the first

Side effects may include nausea, headache, dizziness, breast tenderness, or menstrual changes. These usually last 1–2 days.

If you vomit within 2 hours of taking a tablet, contact a pharmacist immediately. You may need to repeat the dose.

⚠️ Postinor-2 does not protect against STIs or HIV. Only condoms do.
